Cape Henry Rotary's Council of Past Presidents was approved by its Board on December 16, 2008. The purpose of the Council is to provide advice to the sitting President and President-Elect of the Club. The Council is comprised of all Past Presidents of Cape Henry Rotary who are members in good, active standing within the Club. Past Presidents from other clubs who are active members of Cape Henry Rotary may join the Council with the affirmative vote of no fewer than five (5) members of the Council.
